The MedFit Education Foundation, in collaboration with the Fitness Business Association, will host it’s 2026 Global Virtual Conference September 23-27, 2026.

If you’re interested in speaking at this event, please submit the form below. 

• Potential speakers can submit up to 3 sessions to be considered for the conference.
• The initial deadline for presentation proposals is Wednesday, March 18. Submissions received after this date will be considered on a space-available basis.
• Please note: This is a virtual event. No travel is required. Presenters who participate in this event do so voluntarily and do not receive compensation. We are grateful to our presenters for their generous contributions to the MedFit Education Foundation. Presenters do receive comp access to the full event.
